By using Collaxy you agree to these terms. Collaxy is an early-stage product provided on an "as is" basis while we build it out.

Using Collaxy

• You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
• You're responsible for the content you submit (briefs, messages, deliverables) and for your collaborations with other users.
• Don't misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Accounts & connected channels

Creators connect YouTube via Google with read-only access to build a media kit. You can disconnect anytime. You are responsible for your account credentials.

AI-generated content

Media kits, campaign plans, and outreach drafts are AI-generated suggestions. Review them before you act on or send them — you're responsible for what you publish or send.

Collaborations & payments

Collaxy helps brands and creators connect and coordinate. Any commercial terms are between the brand and the creator. Collaxy does not currently process payments.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Collaxy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
